In-Home Sales/Direct Seller – Uncapped Income

• Dallas-Fort Worth (North TX)
• Austin (Central TX)
• San Antonio (South TX)

Schedules Currently Available:

• Schedule 1: Sunday – Thursday
• Schedule 2: Tuesday – Saturday
• Schedule 3: (Flex)5-day work week, must include a Saturday or Sunday

Schedule Expectations:

• Appointments typically start at 10am, 2pm and 6pm.
• Required availability for 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments a day.
• Required In-Office Sales Training every Tuesday/ Thursday from 9am – 11am.

Driving Expectations:

• Driving up to 2 hours for an appointment.
• Driving up to +1,000 miles a week to cover one of our three territories.

What We Offer:

• No Cold Calling - Our 3508 Direct Sellers are provided scheduled, confirmed, & pre-set appointments.

Compensation:

• Uncapped Commissions!
• Monthly Bonus Plans, Bonus Tiers & Incentives!
• 3508 - Independent Direct Seller

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home estimates on renovation projects such as: Bath/Shower, Windows, Doors with professional and sincere advice to potential customers.
• Provide professional sincere advice to potential customers.
• Achieve individual sales goals as set by the sales manager in a production-based environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Have reliable transportation.
• Must have flexible work hours to meet assigned appointment schedule.
• Excellent communication and Memorization skills (written/ verbal)
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through on tasks & accuracy with contracts
• Direct Seller experience preferred.
• Direct In-Home Customer Sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement knowledge specializing in Bath/Shower and/or Windows/Doors a plus.
• Ability to confidently close deals on a one call close appointment.
• Ability to thrive with minimal supervision in an independent work environment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
